Due to the nature of our digital services, refunds are not possible once a payment has been made.

All transactions are processed securely through Razorpay, our trusted payment gateway partner.

Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.

  • Please note: Cancelling your subscription will stop future renewals, but no refund will be provided for the current billing period or past payments.

  • Your access to premium features will remain active until the end of the current subscription period.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are only applicable in case of a verified technical error, such as duplicate payment or a failed transaction where access was not granted.

  • No refunds will be issued for dissatisfaction, change of mind, or early cancellation of an active subscription.

  • If a refund is approved due to a technical issue, it will be processed to the original payment method used (via Razorpay or associated bank/card).
