– Aman (Protagonist): Age 19–21 years.
A young fisherman from Mumbai's Koliwada. Quiet, observant and deeply connected to his dreams. Hair: short, fluffy and soft. Skin tone: medium/fair. Height: above 5'10. Physique: lean/wiry. Facial expression: wonder and innocence. Must be able to swim. Strong screen presence, good emotional range. Mumbai/Koli accent or familiarity preferred.

– Gauri Amma (Aman's Grandmother): Age 50+ years.
A blind woman from Koliwada who raised Aman after losing her own son. Deeply loving and intuitive, she is Aman's emotional anchor. Hair: grey/white, tied traditionally. Skin tone: slightly dusky. Physique: elderly/frail. Facial expression: warmth and wise. Strong screen presence, ability to portray subtle, intimate emotions. Mumbai/Marathi/Koli cultural familiarity preferred.

– Reva (Love Interest): Age 19–20 years.
A city girl who sees beauty in the smallest moments. Curious and independent, bringing a ray of sunshine to Aman's life. Hair: mid length, soft. Skin tone: medium/fair. Height: below 5'10. Physique: lean/natural. Facial expression: bubbly, warmth and playful. Good emotional range, expressive through eyes. Photography familiarity/interest preferred.

– Chachu (Watchmaker/Father Figure): Age 55–60 years.
An ageing old man who runs a small watch shop in Mumbai. With his fading eyesight, Chachu is slowly approaching the end of his working life. Hair: grey/faded black. Skin tone: any. Physique: elderly/stout. Facial expression: stern, wise and slightly weathered. Experienced theatre/film actor preferred. Strong character actor with natural screen presence, excellent dialogue delivery, ability to portray physical ageing naturally.
